On Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful wedding at The Manor Barn in Harlton, Cambridge. It’s such a characterful venue with rustic beams, countryside surroundings, and a warm, welcoming feel that’s perfect for couples who want a relaxed and personal celebration. The weather held out for 95% of the day too. It was an indoor ceremony in the stunning barn.
As a documentary wedding photographer, my aim is always to capture the day as it naturally unfolds – real moments, genuine emotions, and all those little details that make each wedding completely unique. This wedding was filled with emotion, laughter and plenty of dancing. From a beautiful ceremony to spontaneous hugs and guests enjoying the countryside setting, the whole day was a joy to photograph. It was my first time being at the Manor Barn, and I certainly hope it’s not my last. The staff were incredible, very attentive to all of the guests – and made sure I had coffee!
